Description
TrekFit Australia are experts in designing training programs to get you fit and strong and ready for your trek.
This program has been designed for people who cannot get to a gym for whatever reason, but still need to get their training done.
The program has 2 strength based sessions and 1 cardio session per week and all the exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level.
We have also allowed for the fact that some people do have some basic gym equipment at home such as dumbells or kettlebells. You will be able to use these in your program! If you don’t there is no problem at all – the exercises can be done with or without.
